Thank you for using YoungCurrent. These terms and conditions govern Parent (“parent/care-taker,” “teacher” and “School”) and the Student’s use of YoungCurrent, so please read them carefully before using the services.

By Signing Up on YoungCurrent and or allowing your student to Sign Up on YoungCurrent you authorize YoungCurrent to access student information such as name and grade of the child.YoungCurrent shall access student information for the purposes of providing a customized experience to the child as well as to improve experience of other users on YoungCurrent.


YoungCurrent has made it mandatory for the parent/care-taker of any student below the age of 13 to sign up for the service on behalf of the student. These are reasonable efforts by Young Current to ensure that the parent of the child understand and receives notice from YoungCurrent about the personal information collected of the child. For children who have expressed on YoungCurrent that they are 13 years or older, we give them an option to add their parent’s email ID in order to make them aware of the child’s usage on YoungCurrent. In case the child fails to enter the parent details or provides us with incorrect data, we are unable to communicate the login details of your child making you and your child responsible for all their actions on YoungCurrent We also store information about your child’s progress on YoungCurrent that we use to provide you with reports on their performance. If you are a Teacher, School or any organization using YoungCurrent for your class please get in touch with us about how to create accounts for your classroom so as to not violate COPPA. The Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that any online service providers must obtain clear and verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13. By using YoungCurrent with your students or signing them up on YoungCurrent, the School represents and warrants that it has the authority to provide consent on behalf of parents for YoungCurrent to collect information from students before allowing children under 13 to access our Service. We recommend that School provides appropriate disclosures to students and parents regarding School’s use of service providers such as YoungCurrent and that School provide a copy of our Privacy Policy Click Here to parents and guardians.


YoungCurrent shall not re-disclose student information to third parties unless explicitly authorized by you or our child. You may, at any time, revoke any third party's access to student information by providing written notice to YoungCurrent.


YoungCurrent agrees to deem all student information provided to it by you or your child as confidential and not to be shared with third parties without written authorization. Further, YoungCurrent agrees to comply with applicable provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). YoungCurrent's Privacy Policy practices can be found at: Click Here


You or your child may, at any time, terminate relationship with YoungCurrent by using the Delete account option. Within 72 hours of this, YoungCurrentwill delete any stored student information.
